One-on-one Consults

Instruction is customized for specific demographics: executives, lawyers, parents, teens, retirees, teachers etc., with more advanced power poker negotiation techniques to optimize bottom line results in business, politics, card rooms, and activities far beyond felt tables.

Master Classes

The Institute's master classes are designed for leaders, managers, and others who are regularly required to take a laboring oar in making a deal, resolving a crisis, or adding significant value to a matter at hand. The Institute provides the environment to accelerate one's learning curve, through interactions with classroom colleagues, as well as the Institute's CEO.

Working in small groups, Institute master classes closely examine the dynamics of crises, big deals, and major events; reviewing the good, the bad, and the ugly negotiations that define them. Sessions are organized into a group discussion, case-study format.

Master classes expand the most veteran negotiators' thinking with novel ways of examining the bigger picture, and positioning oneself accordingly.
