She is also the founder of the People Reading Institute. Ms. Eolis created her first business venture at the age 24.

In her day job, Ms. Eolis has worked with mayors, governors, princes and presidents. During her off hours she has scored 10 records for a woman in major poker tournaments and in 2005 was elected to the Professional Poker Tour. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of New Yorkers for Children and as Vice-Chair of the World Poker Association and as Chair of the World Series of Poker's International Players' Advisory Council.
